Prints of photographs are documentaries and all of them are unchangeable realities of the past... When they are changed to my artworks, they appear in front of me as a fiction not as a documentary. And the thickness of time's passing is removed from those old photographs, and only essence reflected in photographs comes to be presented.
A fotónyomatok dokumentumok és a múlt megváltoztathatatlan valóságai... Mikor munkáimhoz átalakítom őket, számomra fikcióként jelennek meg, nem dokumentumként. Az idő múlásának rétege eltűnik róluk és csak a fotókon tükröződő lényeg jelenik meg.
