(1) How long have you been making installations?

Since 1990.

(2) Why did you choose to make installations and not anything else?

It depends on a particular topic and on the disponibility of the organizers to accept such kind of art.

(3) What do you think of your own works?

They're enough good and fine, thank you.

(4) What do you think the difference is between your own work and other installations?

I let this particular topic to the critics.

(5) What do you think of the relationship of traditional artwork and installation?

I don't care about.

(6) What is the size and material of an installation determined by?

By the topic, the dimensions of the surrounding space, the available materials.

(7) Could you mention the installation you consider to be the largest and the smallest one?

Among mine, “Without title” (1993, Petriano /AP/: 25 m length); and “Don't beleive a word about hunger in the world” (1997, Ravenna: 50x50x75 cm).

(8) Is there any object or idea that cannot be installed?

No.

(9) How does environment affect the installation of the work?

It is part of it; always.

(10) Do you know any fact that restricts the possibilities of installation?

Impossible technical requests; lack of money: but fantasy can solve every problem.

(11) Do you like making installation for order or at request?

It depends on the topic.

(12) What do you think of preserving an installation?

Some installations are built to last, other ones aren't: in the first case (land art for example) we have the duty to preserve them. But without forgetting that every monument, building or piece of art can be destroyed by events.

(13) Can the value of an installation be estimated and how?

In every way but money (like all the art, by the way).

(14) How does copyright apply to installations preserved only in documents?

No copyright on art, please...
