Comment: The project explored the sociological, personal, and artistic implications of the bed as a site of sleep, intimacy, and mortality. A significant component of the exhibition was an international Mail Art open call, which Perkins initiated via social media. This "alternative art system," as Perkins described it in the press, allowed for a non-commercial exchange of ideas that complemented the physical installations on-site. Notable among these installations was a reference to Tracey Emin’s "Everyone I Have Ever Slept With 1963–1995," which invited interactive participation. The Mail Art submissions brought a global perspective to the theme, featuring contributors from over 15 countries, including notable figures in the network such as Clemente Padín (Uruguay) and Ryosuke Cohen (Japan).
