Exhibition-event in the Galántai House:
Selected works by the 80-year-old holocratic art-researcher, György Galántai: a synthesis of scientific and artistic thought systems that points to social action.
Exhibition-event in the Area 51:
Artpool’s “holonic” approach adapts Arthur Koestler’s theory that every entity in society is a conscious and productive actor that fits into a natural hierarchy (holon). Not only people but the whole society appears to be subordinated to this natural hierarchy.
The holonic projects of the last 50 years are presented in different parts of the Area 51—in the gardens, cellars, attics, wooden shed, barn, yard, kitchen, and room—by decade. Together they have become a simultaneous visual, textual and acoustic environment.
According to previous memetic observations, unexpected events can make information transfer an enduring experience, which is why all the Artpool exhibitions in Kapolcs, including this year’s event, feature interactive works of art.
