Gyerekszoba

Egy emlék részleteinek színtiszta visszaadása alapjában véve lehetetlen.
A festmény rajzát egy irreális, az emlékezés képeiből összeállt gyerekszoba térkontúrjai adják.
Mindannyian átéltük a gyermekkor önfeledségét és szabadságát, ami aztán a térben és időben megváltozott szituációkból visszatekintve újra- és átértelmeződik. A "minden befestékeződik, amiben a festő él" gondolatom ebben a késői helyzetben meglehetősen szkeptikus, bár a gyerek ösztönös gesztusa hasonlatos a mostani festői munkámmal...
A festmény egy általam vágyott világ tükörképe.
Így, ami elérhetetlen - lehetetlen.

Children’s Room

The absolutely clear reproduction of all the details of a memory is basically impossible.
The drawing you can see in the painting derive from the contours of a children’s room composed from memories.
We all experienced the carefree existence and freedom of childhood, which later, when viewed retrospectively through situations that changed in space and time, gain new interpretations again and again. My idea of "everything that a painter lives in will have paint over it" is a rather sceptical one now, so far from childhood, although a child’s instinctive gesture is similar to this work...
The painting reflects a world I desire.
Hence, what is unreachable is impossible.
