Those who came to the Studio of the Österreichische Kultur-Service in Vienna, to the Auf und Abbau Galery in West-Berlin and to the Artpool Studio in Budapest experienced an extraordinary telephone event that started at 7 p.m. and lasted for four hours, April 15th, 1983. The first East-Central European concert over the phone was organized by Robert Adrian X and Helmut J. Mark for the Vienna based BLIX group who arrange telecommunication events. The event was coordinated by Rainald Schumacher (Berlin) and János Vető and Artpool (Budapest).
