The call for this issue related to rubberstamps and artistamps began as early as No. 57 and continued until No. 59, in conjunction with Piermario Ciani's desire to organize an exhibition on artiststamps entitled ALTRI FRANCOBOLLI (OTHER STAMPS). Due to some problems with the organization of the exhibition, they were unable to combine the catalog and the exhibition together, which was in fact held in September 1989 at the State of Naon (Pordenone) entitled Filatelia Alternativa – Alternative Philately.
Inside the small issue of AP! are, in loose format: a text on artistamps edited by Baroni; an invitation by Crash F. Piri to create a “personal stamps series” by inserting a personal intervention within the space of a stamp; an invitation to participate in the new issue of AP! 62 themed “The B-Art Issue”; an assembling of stamps by various artists; and an invitation to the opening of an exhibition on Cavellini at Il Soppalco Home Gallery (April 1-July 31, 1989).

This issue had 91 participants.
