Very small-format issue in which the results of the Correspondence Art project edited by Vittore Baroni and Robin Crozier are published along with two introductory texts edited by the networkers. The project began in 1978 when Crozier sent Baroni a very large number of copies of the art catalog “Utopia” (1974), which Crozier had renamed Infantile Utopia (or Utopia Infantile), adding to each page cut-outs from coloring books for kids. Baroni photocopied the little book, added photos, drawings and collages and sent it back to Crozier, who went on to transform it and send it to Baroni. This exchange continued until January 1983, when the project stopped at No. 50 of Utopia Infantile. Ten years after the end of the project, the tape that held the whole project together broke and the sheets scattered in Baroni's archive, who then decided to exhibit them in his gallery; the issue of AP! serves as a tool to give a peephole of what mail art is according to Baroni, as he quotes in the introduction: “a ‘(ethe)real & open’ connection between two souls”(p. 2).
