A Budapesti Őszi Fesztiválon megrendezett „VÁROSANALÍZIS” fax-akció során a kibővített FÁME-Árnyékkötők csoport 22 művésze Budapest térképének egy-egy részletét dolgozta fel elektrografikus technikával. A fesztivál nyitónapján, 1993. szeptember 24-én reggel kilenc és este hat óra között a résztvevők a főváros 22 kerületének egy-egy kulturális intézményébe települtek, s megkísérelték társaikhoz eljuttatni az általuk feldolgozott részleteket. Az akció végére a 22 helyszínen 22 új Budapest állt össze, amelyek – szeptember 25-én és 26-án, a Budapest belvárosában lévő Vigadó téren – a „22 BUDAPEST” című szabadtéri kiállításon egyszerre is láthatóak voltak.

In the course of the “City-Analysis” fax-action organized as an event of the Budapest Autumn Festival 22 artists of the enlarged FAME-Árnyékkötők art group worked out pieces of Budapest’s map with electrographic technic. On the opening day of the Festival, 24th of September 1993, from nine a.m. participants – each settled in one of the community centers of the 22 districts of Budapest – were trying to fax their own worked-out pieces to their fellows. By the end of the day 22 new Budapests were created, which on September 25 and 26 – as a closing event – were exhibited in the center of Budapest on Vigadó square at the open air exhibition “22 BUDAPESTS”.
