ADD TO ART
One of the typical art trends in the late sixties and the seventies was process art, which was a mutant of minimal and conceptual art including the element of time. The next mutant is add to art, which differs from process art in two ways: images are not simultaneous but are presented as part of a continued discourse or modified by being added on, and it collectivises the creative process thus allowing for chance events.

CHANCE ART
