Reid Wood, STATE OF BEING (USA)

I began participating in the Mail Art network in 1981, using the name State of Being. I started sending work to ARTPOOL projects in 1987 and have continued participating in many others over the years.

In July of 2005 my wife and I were traveling in Eastern Europe, and of course one of our stops was Budapest. We were able to visit with György and Julia, and to see the wonderful archive at ARTPOOL.

Congratulations on the success of ARTPOOL - may it continue to prosper and grow, providing inspiration to future generations of artists and networkers.

And my you, György, have a wonderful birthday and many glorious years to come.
